The consultancy is led by Ebru Arslan, a commercial leader with over a decade of international experience in technical sales, business development, and global market expansion. With a master degree in physics engineering and hands-on experience across industries such as sensors, scientific instrumentation and semiconductors she understands both the technical depth and the commercial complexity behind innovation.
A key strength lies in bridging the gap between engineering and revenue. Many deep-tech companies struggle not because of their technology, but because of how it is positioned, communicated, and brought to market. This is where we create impact.

Founder
She holds an MSc in Physics Engineering and has built her career at the intersection of deep-tech and commercial growth. She has led and managed international sales teams, with hands-on experience across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Ebru has worked closely with Dutch deep-tech startups and supporting their transition from R&D to market. Her expertise includes go-to-market strategy, stakeholder communication, and building strong global partner networks.
In addition, she is actively involved in public speaking, networking, and industry events, where she contributes to the broader high-tech ecosystem.
