As a Fractional Chief Commercial Officer, I become part of your company, not an external advisor. I work closely with founders and management teams to build and execute the full commercial strategy.
What this includes:
Defining and executing commercial strategy
Building a scalable sales and business development structure
Hiring, developing, and coaching sales teams
Establishing KPIs and performance frameworks
Aligning product, market, and revenue strategy
Operational involvement:
On-site presence: typically 2 to 3 days per week
Active participation in the Management Team (MT)
Representation at industry events, exhibitions, and key meetings
Direct involvement in high-level customer and partner discussions
A key differentiator is the ability to:
Understand complex technologies quickly
Translate them into clear commercial value
Communicate effectively at C-level
